Qualifications:
• Profound understanding, knowledge & experience of production preferably jewelry, watches or accessories
• University degree required
• Educational/professional background: engineering, technical, industrial, business management
• Minimum experience 2 years in Lead, Assistant Manager or Management position
• Strong character, dynamic, leader, result-oriented
• Bi-lingual in English
Responsibilities:
• Overall management of all company production, quality control and production employees
• Liaison between President and jewelry makers, suppliers, customs agent and other company contacts.
• Train and develop company employees as team leads
• Work directly with Vice President of Design to create training, production, time trials and quality control programs for all products.
• Manage and control materials and finished goods inventories
